Prof. Sleeper received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, his Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Maryland, and his Doctor of Arts in Community College Education (Economics) from George Mason University in 2007.
He is a retired economist from the United States Agency for International Development who has written several evaluations of U.S.A.I.D. poverty reduction programs. Prof. Sleeper has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Indian River State College since 2007.
