ANT 2410: Introduction to Cultural Anthropology & Linguistics
Course Description
This course introduces students to the anthropological sub-disciplines of cultural anthropology and linguistics. Some of the issues explored in this course include: anthropological science, colonialism, language, kinship, political organization, religion, and art. Through this course you will gain an appreciation of cultural diversity and develop an understanding of how the anthropological approach can be used to better understand the human condition.
