As a research associate, she was responsible for collaborating with administrators, counselors, clients. and community partners, in generating data and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and efficacy of various programs and services. Soon thereafter, she found herself longing to return to higher education, where she could build on her teaching skills and experience in working with college students.
Her career as a college professor began at Broward College, where she developed and taught a variety of courses, and served as an advisor for the Psychology Club. In 2015, she was pleased to join the adjunct faculty at Indian River State College, where she teaches online courses in psychology.
